We’ve recently switched to PPD for the servicing of our KM Digital Presses and I have to say, their knowledge of the equipment and attention to detail has been second to none! Mike and Joanne have been extremely helpful with the transition and Tony and the team of engineers have been first class solving any issues. We thought we were particularly clued up on our machinery,turns out there was still plenty to learn. Parts and Toner arrive with us next day and the engineers are with us very quickly, despite the journey north to the outskirts of Glasgow. We looked at many suppliers of the Konica Minolta Bizhub range until Production Print Direct (PPD) were recommended to us at a trade show. We sat down with Mike and after a while we had decided this was the company we would place our order with.

We went to their showroom for a demo and placed the order there and then. Not long after our chosen printer was installed.

Mike, Tony and Joanne are great to deal with along with their engineers. Most problems are dealt with over the phone with an engineer and call out times are very good.

Every now and again you come across a supplier who values their customers and PPD are one of those. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to get another printer from them.

I have been dealing with PPD for 3 years, when they took over looking after my old c6500 and from day one they brought out the best in our old workhorse.

Nothing was too much trouble and response times for callouts were brilliant!

When it was time to upgrade I didn’t hesitate to buy another machine that PPD could look after for me.

PPDs’ level of knowledge and service is second to none and I for one would whole heartedly recommend them if you are looking at a service provider for your digital press.

We changed from our previous supplier to PPD and have been nothing but pleased.

They respond quickly and professionally and are always happy to help.

PPD took over the contract to service my Develop machine over 3 years ago. Before they had the contract it caused us no end of problems…

Turns out all you need are engineers who actually know how to service the machine properly!
